The First Degree Fitness Evolution Series E-520 Fluid Professional Rower is a water resistance rower with two inner chambers contained within a tank. The inner chamber provides passive water storage. The Variable Fluid Resistance is created by impeller blades churning water in the outer chamber, with water moving back and forth between the inner and outer chamber when the user adjusts the level of resistance.

The user controls the VFR intensity from “Feather Light” to “Olympic Sprint” with an instant adjustment.
